The Emergency Plan tab is the first tab when creating an entry permit for a confined space assessment.
Fill in the following information:
- Emergency Phone Number. Enter a phone number to call in case of emergency. Provide a phone number where medical or trained rescue assistance can be obtained.
- Rescue Procedure. Provide information for staff present in case rescue is required. Should staff attempt rescue or wait for qualified and equipped personnel? What steps should they follow?
