Use the Pre-Entry Checks tab to select which pre-entry checks should be included on the confined space permit.
Select the check box for each item that you want to include on the permit. Some checks have a yes or no answer, such as, "All personnel have been informed of potential hazards." Other checks require a measurement, such as the percent of oxygen in the atmosphere of the confined space.
