Publish

You can publish a document either from the Edit screen (document must be saved first), or from the actions in the sidebar when viewing a document.

Note: You cannot publish a document until all pending reviews are complete and you have permanently closed the review.

Confined Spaces: Confined space assessments, permits, and reclassification procedures are published as a unit. That is, when you publish a confined space assessment, any associated permit and reclassification documents are also published. Permits and reclassification procedures cannot be published individually. If you add a permit or reclassification procedure to a published assessment, the assessment goes back into edit status.

  1. Click Publish.
  2. In the Publish confirmation dialog, enter any comments that you want stored with the revision history.
  3. Click Publish. The document is published and the Audit Due field automatically updated to reflect the due date based on the audit interval set up for this location.
