View User Import Results and Error Messages

When you import an Excel spreadsheet, the results and errors (if any) display in the Import Results screen. If errors occur, the row on which the error occurred, and the reason for the error, will display, along with the details of the identified row. Data that contains errors is not imported.

Imported results display in the top Import Results section of the screen and include:

• Total Users Added (with and without rights): Indicates the number of new users that were added with this import. It also includes the number of users added with rights and without rights.
• Duplicate Users Skipped: Indicates users that were skipped (not added).
• Errors: Indicates the number of errors in the import data. Errors display in the bottom of the screen and include the row on which the error occurred, the reason for the error, and the details from the import file.

To import additional files:

1. Click Import Another File to import more users.
2. Click Back to Existing Users to return to the Setup Users screen. The data you successfully imported will display in the list of users.
