Search Options & Results
To access the search feature:
- Open the Find/Create Files tab.
- From the list at the top of the tab, select the center you want to search (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and so on).
- In the Enter search term box type the word, phrase, or scannable ID code that you want to search for.
- Click Search.
Tip: To quickly clear the search term in order to initiate a new search, click the x in the Enter search term box.
Search Options
Click More Search Options to refine your search.

To narrow the search, choose one or more of the filtering options:
- Choose a different center from the drop-down list in the upper right of the page.
- Enter a keyword in the Search Term box. The software looks for the term in procedure names and within the text of procedures.
- Choose a date filter from the calendar in the From and To fields.
- Choose the Site, Area and Equipment from the drop-down lists.
- Click Search.
Search Results
The results screen displays the list of filtered documents, based on your search criteria.
- To narrow the results, choose an option from the Show Files from drop-down list.
- To reorder the results, select an option from the Sort by drop-down list.
- To print one document, click the Print button next to the document in the results.
- To download one document, click the Download as PDF button next to the document in the results.
- To download or print multiple documents, expand the links below.
From the search results, you can print a batch of documents at once.

In the Search Results section, select the documents that you want to print.
- To select all documents on this page of results, click the Select/Deselect All check box.
- To select individual documents, click the check box in front of each document that you want to print.
- Click Print Selected PDFs. The software displays the Document Preparation Options window.

The software prepares the PDF files and displays them in a new browser tab.
Click the Print icon (if available with your PDF plug-in browser), or right-click on the preview section, then select Print from the options. The available print options depend on your browser.If available in the Print dialog box: in the Size Options area, select Fit (to printer margins). This ensures the document fits the letter page size.
Tip: If the search returned multiple pages of documents, you would need to perform a print on each page. Alternatively, you could change the number of results per page to as many as 100. Be aware that printing such a large number of documents will considerably slow the system.
From the search results, you can download a batch of documents at once.
To download multiple documents:

In the Search Results section, select the documents that you want to download.
- To select all documents on this page of results, click the Select/Deselect All check box.
- To select individual documents, click the check box in front of each document that you want to download.
- Click either Download Selected as PDFs or Download Selected as Excel. The software prepares the documents, creates a ZIP file containing all the documents, and then downloads them. Depending on your browser settings, the files automatically download or a browser window opens asking where to place the files.
Tips:
- If the search results extend over multiple pages, you need to perform a download on each page to get all the files. Alternatively, you could change the number of results per page to as many as 100. Be aware that downloading such a large number of documents will considerably slow the system.
- If errors occur, look in the downloaded zip file for an _Error file listing which documents had errors.
