Print Lockout Device List

Use this page to print a list of all lockout devices required for a lockout procedure. Maintenance personnel performing the procedure use the list to record which lockout devices were used and what condition they were in.

To print a lockout device list:

1. Use the Find/Create Files page to find the lockout procedure for which you want to print the list. Be sure to select a published procedure that is in the same language as you want the list to be.
2. Click the procedure thumbnail. The procedure preview opens.
3. In the list of actions on the right click Print Lockout Device List.
4. Click the Print button in the PDF viewer.

To return to the procedure preview, click Back to Procedure.
