Confined Space - Create New Assessment

Use this page to choose a template to use as the basis for your new document. A template provides a pattern, or starting point, for writing a confined space safety assessment.

You must have rights to write confined space files. See Set Up Users.

To select a template:

1. Hover over the Confined Space tab and then click New Confined Space.
2. Click the template title or the clipboard graphic for a template. If the list is empty, someone with rights to edit confined space document templates must create a template and make it available to authors.
3. The chosen template form opens. To complete the forms, see Form Components - Common Tabs or Confined Space - Unique Form Components.
