Run Reports

Run Reports is only available if you have have permission to view documents and run reports.

A variety of reports are available for each center: Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Reliability (maintenance). To access reports, point to the tab for any center and select Run Reports.

Running a Report

To run a report:

  1. In the Show list, select the report you want to generate.
  2. In the yellow area, set the options for the chosen report. Options shown depend on what report is selected.

    If specifying a region, you can point to the globe to see a list of sites included in the selected region. If you are the subscription administrator, you can also click Setup Regions to add or modify the region you want to use. (See Set Up Regions.)

  1. Click Run Report.

 Working with Report Results

Report results display in a table below the report settings. To sort the table click any column heading and then click the up or down triangle next to the column name. To view the document, click the document name in the table. You can export the results for any of the report views to Excel or PDF, or email the results.

Export Report

  1. In the grey bar above the report settings, click Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
  2. The browser generally gives you a choice to either save or open the file. Follow the instructions in the browser to continue.

Email Report

  1. In the grey bar above the report settings, click Email Report.
  2. Choose the report format for mailing the report, either Excel or PDF.
  3. Specify who to send the report to. In the Active Users table, select a user and then click Include. The user's email address is added to the To field. Do this for each user to whom you want to send the report. If you know the email addresses, you can type them in the To field separated with a comma.
  4. Enter a Subject for the email, if desired. This is initially set to the report name.
  5. In the Comments field, type information to include in the body of the email message.
  6. Click Send. The report is processed and emailed to the selected recipients.
