Confined Space - Hazards Tab

Use the Hazards tab to provide information about the risks inherent in entering this confined space.

To fill in this form:

1. In the Description of Hazard column, select each hazard that can be encountered in the confined space. You must select a hazard (such as Hazardous energy) before selecting details about the hazard (such as Electrical or Hydraulic).
2. In the Method of Protection column provide information about how to protect personnel from the corresponding hazards.
3. In the Verification column, provide information on how to verify or ensure that the method of protection is in effect or will be effective.

Tip: Someone with rights to edit confined space templates and defaults can add or edit the list of hazards. See Set Up Users and Confined Space - Edit Text Defaults.
