Reclassification - Hazards Tab

Use the Hazards tab to provide information about the risks inherent in entering this confined space. (To access the Hazards tab see Confined Space - Add a Reclassification.)

To fill in this form:

1. The Description of Hazard column is already filled in with the settings from the associated confined space assessment. If needed, specify additional hazards.
2. In the Control Method column provide information about how to control the hazard for safe entry.

Tip: Someone with rights to edit confined space templates and defaults can add to or edit the list of hazards. See Set Up Users and Confined Space - Edit Text Defaults.
