Periodic inspections provide an opportunity to review procedure accuracy and personnel training. OSHA requires annual inspections.
Setup
Inspector:
- The person conducting inspections must have the Perform Periodic Inspections right assigned to them. See Edit User Details.
- Needs the Brady Smart Lockout app on a mobile device. See Set Up Users.
Personnel:
- Personnel to be observed must be set up as users in LINK360 software in the same company that the inspector will be logged in to in the Brady Smart Lockout app. See Set Up Users.
Conducting an Inspection
To conduct an inspection:
- Use the Brady Smart Lockout app to add and conduct the inspection.
- Upload the results so that they will be available in LINK360 software.
